Cost per session: $150.00
60 minute session focused on building a customized personal training plan that will help address your health and fitness goals. Our first session will be understanding your individual needs and completing a health screen to discuss any past medical injuries or concerns as well as understand your current baseline of strength and function. Future visits will be focused on custom workouts to progress your physical strength and stability to reduce risk of injury while working towards your goals.
Physical Therapy Plans
Cost per Session: $220.00
60 minute session focused on the evaluation and treatment of your pain or injury. I will complete a health and movement screening to understand the mechanism of injury and establish a proper treatment plan. I utilize manual therapy techniques and movement retraining to restore proper mobility and body mechanics. This plan focuses on the treatment of your injury as well as establishing a plan to reduce your risk for future injury. I will guide you through techniques and exercises that will allow you to restore an active and healthy lifestyle.
Virtual Coaching
Cost per session: $120.00
60 minute virtual session to help you identify the right training balance for your goals, lifestyle, and injury history. I create an individualized workout plan designed for you to follow independently to ensure a healthy balance of strength, mobility, stability and strength progression to help you reach personal goals. You will train with purpose - knowing exactly what to do, why you are doing it and how to progress safely overtime. My passion is helping you live your best life with longevity in mind!
